Linda Moriarty

I am an architect and a sailor. My architectural background and love of beautiful  boats influence my subject matter: boats, buildings , urbanity.

Living virtually on the edge of San Francisco Bay I study daily the ever changing patterns of light, reflections and colors of the bay.

My other focus is urban scenes, from the old Pier buildings and industrial sites to large civic spaces. Some works are representational and others abstracted, but all are capturing a time in a place that is always changing.
